At Ljusgårda, we believe that the sustainable solutions of the future are created through collaboration – and the students at Lund University have truly shown what creativity and teamwork can achieve.

In the fall of 2024, students studying Food Product Development took sustainability to the next level by transforming our salad waste into green tortilla chips – both in color and in circular thinking. 💚 Talk about an innovative and tasty idea!
